June 2025

Our 2025 Open-Air production has now completed its 10 performance run, but the good news is that we will be back again next year!

Freddie and Emilia Farncombe have invited us back to their magnificent home and are looking forwards to helping the Chiltern Shakespeare Company continue to thrive as an important part of the Chiltern's offering of outdoor live events.

Details of our 2026 event are being finalised, and we can confirm that the performance dates will be Wednesday 3rd June to Saturday 13th June 2026.

It will be a joint Fourways and Chiltern Shakespeare production.

2026 is an important anniversary as we continue to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Chiltern Shakespeare's first production in 1986.

As always, there will be opportunities to get involved, either onstage or backstage, or as part of our audience helping to support our chosen charity in 2026.  If you wish to get involved, or just to join our audience mailing list, please contact us using the Get In Touch button at the bottom of this page.

October 2025

Fourways Theatre Company has decided to change the order of their forthcoming productions.
The Diary of Anne Frank, an award-winning play, had been selected to be our October production but will now be performed at a later date.
Fourways Theatre Company is a non-political, non-religious organisation with a proud history of welcoming all members of its local community. We have always brought people together through the shared endeavour of creating quality, entertaining drama.
With a landscape of international conflict continuing to evolve in recent days, we feel it is important that the excellent work of Fourways Theatre Company is not open to misinterpretation based on the plays it performs.
As a nonpartisan local theatre company, we remain open and inclusive to all. For that reason, our next offering will be ‘The Ghost Train’ by Arnold Ridley, which will offer our loyal members and patrons another, in a very long line, of humorous and enjoyable Fourways’ productions, especially at a time of sensitive, political and religious world events.

At The Lancaster Arts Centre

Wycombe Abbey School

30th October to 1st November

The Ghost Train is comedy drama of scary proportions - Six passengers find themselves stranded late at night in the waiting room of an isolated Cornish railway station.

Ignoring the ghostly tales and dire warnings of the stationmaster, they decide to stay where they are until morning – with terrifying consequences. Finally, all is revealed, and the details of a fiendish plot are laid bare!

Please see our Auditions Page for further details of the auditions on Monday 14th & Thursday 17th July
